Sleepy Owl Coffee is on a mission to redefine how great coffee is delivered — and 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 sits at the heart of that journey.

We’re looking for a seasoned leader in operations to lead our 𝐞𝐧𝐝-𝐭𝐨-𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲. This role will own critical functions including demand and supply planning, procurement, production, replenishment, and logistics — all aimed at building a seamless and scalable backend for a high-growth D2C brand.

What You’ll Lead:

📊 Demand & Supply Planning — build accurate forecasts and align supply with dynamic market demand

📈 Sales & Operations Planning (𝐒𝐍𝐎𝐏) — scenario planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional alignment

🏭 Production & Procurement — ensure 100% material availability while managing vendor relationships and cost

📦 3𝐏𝐋, Warehousing & Fulfillment — drive accuracy, efficiency, and service levels across logistics operations

🔁 Replenishment & Distribution — manage timely stock movement and channel availability

🛠 SOP Development — implement structured processes and best practices across operations

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration — work closely with sales, finance, and product teams to align execution with business goals

We’re looking for someone who:

✔ Brings 8+ years of experience in FMCG operations with a focus on demand planning, production management, and procurement

✔ Has led 3PL, warehousing, and fulfillment operations with measurable impact

✔ Can define and implement scalable SOPs across supply chain functions

✔ Is a strong leader with excellent communication and cross-functional alignment skills

✔ Has hands-on experience with replenishment, logistics, and driving operational efficiencies at scale
