Junior NPD and R&D

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end new product development, from concept to launch.
• Develop and test coffee formulations across multiple product categories.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and consumer testing.
• Collaborate with production teams for lab-to-commercial scale-up.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships for ingredients and packaging.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain detailed documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams (QA, Marketing, Packaging, Sales).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ FMCG food/beverage product development experience.
• Strong knowledge of food chemistry, sensory evaluation, and QA/QC.
• Hands-on experience with lab trials and testing.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and food safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
