Job Description

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:We are looking for a skilled Figma Designer to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Figma, a strong eye for design aesthetics, and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. UI/UX DesignDesign intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces using Figma.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.Maintain design consistency through Figma components, auto-layouts, and styles. 2. Figma Expertise & CollaborationCreate and manage design systems, components, and reusable assets in Figma.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders through Figma’s collaboration tools (comments, shared libraries, FigJam, etc.).Optimize workflows using Figma plugins and integrations. 3. User Research & TestingConduct usability testing using interactive Figma prototypes.Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.Ensure accessibility and WCAG compliance in designs. 4. Developer Handoff & ImplementationPrepare and share design specs, assets, and prototypes for developers.Ensure smooth design-to-development handoff using Figma’s Inspect tool.Work closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills✔ Expert in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variants, Styles, Prototyping, etc.).✔ Strong UI/UX design skills with knowledge of design principles & usability best practices.✔ Experience in creating and managing design systems.✔ Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS & Tailwind CSS for better collaboration with developers.✔ Familiarity with Figma plugins, FigJam, and prototyping animations.
