The Operations Manager oversees daily organizational operations, optimizing processes, managing costs, and improving performance to support business goals. With strong leadership and problem-solving skills, this role ensures cross-departmental coordination and builds a foundation for sustainable growth.

• 운영 프로세스 설계 및 최적화
• 예산 및 비용 관리
• KPI 기반 성과 분석 및 개선 전략 수립
• 인력 배치 및 업무 효율성 관리
• 공급망, 고객 서비스 등 주요 운영 부문 지원
• 부서 간 협업 및 커뮤니케이션 조율
• Design and optimize operational processes
• Manage budgets and costs effectively
• Analyze KPIs and develop improvement strategies
• Manage workforce allocation and operational efficiency
• Support key functions such as supply chain and customer service
• Coordinate communication and collaboration across departments

필수 요건 / Must-have:

• 운영, 관리, 또는 관련 분야 3년 이상 경력
• 조직 운영 프로세스 및 성과 관리 경험
• 뛰어난 분석력과 리더십
• 문제 해결 및 의사결정 능력
• 비즈니스 수준의 한국어 또는 영어 능력
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, management, or related fields
• Experience in process management and performance optimization
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Business-level proficiency in Korean or English
