This role oversees operational processes, ensures smooth business operations, and supports cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.

▪︎ 日常業務プロセスの管理・改善

▪︎ Manage and optimize daily operational processes

▪︎ データ集計・レポート作成・KPIモニタリング

▪︎ Collect data, generate reports, and monitor KPIs

▪︎ 各部門との連携による業務サポート

▪︎ Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

▪︎ プロジェクトの進捗管理・タスク調整

▪︎ Track project progress and coordinate tasks

▪︎ オペレーションに関する課題提案・改善策の実施

▪︎ Identify operational issues and implement improvement measures

▪︎ 事業運営・オペレーション管理、またはプロジェクト管理の経験

▪︎ Experience in operations management, business operations, or project coordination

▪︎ Excel、Google Workspaceなどの基本的なPCスキル

▪︎ Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and other office tools

▪︎ データ分析やKPI管理の基礎スキル

▪︎ Basic skills in data analysis and KPI management

▪︎ 論理的思考力・課題解決力・コミュニケーション能力

▪︎ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

▪︎ 日本語ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）、英語力あれば尚可

▪︎ Business-level Japanese (reading, writing, speaking); English a plus

▪︎ 日本国内での就労資格を有すること

▪︎ Must have legal work authorization in Japan

▪︎ 日本国内フルリモート勤務

▪︎ Fully remote work within Japan
