This role designs, executes, and improves testing processes to ensure software and system quality, contributing to product reliability.

▪︎ テスト計画・テストケースの設計

▪︎ Design test plans and test cases

▪︎ 手動・自動テストの実行

▪︎ Perform manual and automated testing

▪︎ バグ報告・修正確認

▪︎ Report bugs and verify fixes

▪︎ 品質改善のためのプロセス提案

▪︎ Propose process improvements for quality enhancement

▪︎ 開発チームやPMとの連携

▪︎ Collaborate with development teams and project managers

▪︎ ソフトウェアテストやQA業務の経験

▪︎ Experience in software testing or QA

▪︎ テストツールや自動化フレームワーク（Selenium, Jest 等）の利用経験

▪︎ Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Jest)

▪︎ バグトラッキングシステム（Jira, Redmine 等）の使用経験

▪︎ Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Redmine)

▪︎ 論理的思考力と問題解決能力

▪︎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

▪︎ コミュニケーション能力とチームワーク力

▪︎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

▪︎ 日本語ビジネスレベル（英語力あれば尚可）

▪︎ Business-level Japanese; English proficiency a plus

▪︎ 日本国内での就労資格を有すること

▪︎ Must have legal work authorization in Japan
