Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Zscaler Engineer L3. The role involves configuring, deploying, and managing Zscaler solutions to ensure optimal network performance and cybersecurity for clients. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing system upgrades, and maintaining compliance with security standards. The engineer will also provide expert-level support, conduct performance analysis, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Zscaler solutions, including configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment
• Strong knowledge of network technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and LAN/WAN
• Experience with cybersecurity practices, including threat analysis and compliance frameworks
• Ability to perform system diagnostics, upgrades, and routine maintenance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and teams
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional) are a plus
• Proficiency in performance optimization and security strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
