Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales and business development strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales and strategy teams in assigned locations.
  • Generate leads and build relationships with clients, industry associations, and government bodies.
  • Identify prospective clients, conduct site visits, and prepare proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through effective execution and client management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree (Engineering/Management preferred)
  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales is an advantage
  • Proven experience in

    solar EPC project sales

  • Strong strategic planning, execution, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
