Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

1. To take accountability in building a robust Sales plan based on inputs from management / Head of Sales & Marketing of Marut, towards delivering a robust sales pipeline/funnel.

2. Guide the sales team on lead generation and sales conversion.

3. Achieve assigned sales targets.

4. Develop a strong link with the target customer base, in order to create demand and work on the prospects from end to end i.e., till the closure of the deal.

5. Coordinate and communicate - 365 degrees i.e., by timely reporting to management and timely feedback and inputs to the sales team and maintain positive and constructive peer relationships.

6. Ensure a high lead conversion rate by coaching the sales team for peak performance

7. Build, enhance & sustain high-level/strategic relationships with key customers.

8. Collaboratively discussing and refining sales proposals, in discussions with customers, technical team or senior team members as the need may be and drive them to closure/conversion into contracts.

9. Onboarding dealerships or business partners or executing other business models from state as per business requirements.

1. New dealer acquisition and work on leads

2. Ensure on time billing, delivery and collection of payments from clients

3. Fulfilment of Sales Budget via New Sales acquisition

1. Meeting on daily basis with Sales Team.

Communication

2. Give presentations to senior management team

3. Developing new ideas to achieve sales growth

4. Computer Skills is Must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
