Role Overview

The Zonal Sales Head will lead the strategic business development initiatives for Artius across a designated region (North, West, or South India). This individual will be responsible for revenue growth, client acquisition, and long-term relationship management within the luxury interiors, architecture, and real estate segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the premium building materials market and a proven ability to engage and close high-value business with high-net-worth individuals, architects, and designers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive consistent growth in revenue and profitability for the assigned zone.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals and oversee the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.

Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Represent the company at high-level meetings and industry forums.

Product Expertise & Solution Presentation

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Artius product offerings and technological advantages.
  • Deliver clear, technically accurate presentations that demonstrate the design, functionality, and sustainability benefits of our solutions.

Project Coordination

  • Work in close collaboration with the design, engineering, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines and client satisfaction throughout the delivery process.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor trends in architecture, luxury interiors, and construction to inform business development efforts.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to refine positioning strategies.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, forecasts, and account performance.
  • Provide structured reports and strategic feedback to senior leadership on market opportunities and risks.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Lead negotiations for complex, high-value contracts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Finalize agreements that meet client needs while aligning with business objectives.

Experience and Expertise

  • A minimum of 1012 years of experience in high-value B2B sales, preferably within luxury construction, premium architectural materials, or real estate.
  • Proven track record of working with high-net-worth clients and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Prior exposure to fenestration systems, wood products, or sustainable construction solutions is highly desirable.

Education

  • A postgraduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Architecture, or Construction Management.
