Role Description

The Zonal Manager Ecommerce role involves overseeing, planning, and enhancing the operational efficiency of the logistics and supply chain operations within the assigned zone. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, leading and coordinating with cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, ensuring adherence to company policies, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. This is a full-time on-site role based in Bihar, India.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Coordination, and Transportation Services
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
• Experience in E-commerce Operations and Warehouse Management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking and a result-oriented approach
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and data analytics tools
• Educational background in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in a similar managerial role within the logistics or e-commerce sector
