All our products are manufactured at WHO-GMP certified facilities. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Zonal Manager. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts within a designated zone, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction. Key day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, monitoring market trends, maintaining relationships with key clients, and overseeing product launches and promotions. Qualifications Experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Team LeadershipKnowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Gynaecology, Orthopedics, and OncologyStrong Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skillsAnalytical skills to monitor market trends and plan accordinglyAbility to work independently and manage remote teamsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldProven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales teamsExperience working with WHO-GMP certified products is a plus
