Zonal Credit Head Mid Corporates

As a candidate for this role, you will take the lead in new initiatives to enhance overall products and processes within the company. Your responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of strategies agreed upon for the respective segment. You will provide strategic and structural inputs in formulating credit policies and process improvements. Key responsibilities for this position include: - Meeting key clients, Industry Association, and Industry peers to disseminate knowledge to the team and business counterparts - Managing the loan portfolio with a focus on credit rating/quality and industry concentration - Providing oversight of designated portfolio to maintain satisfactory loan quality, identifying potential problem credits, and strategizing with relationship managers on de-risk accounts - Tracking delinquencies and engaging in discussions with BU stakeholders for resolution - Timely review and renewal of proposals from Business Units, conducting credit team and business reviews on volume, TAT, and productivity - Monitoring external ratings and changes in the external environment to analyze their impact on the portfolio - Participating in management-level meetings and discussions, presenting cases in the Credit Committee - Collaborating with other stakeholders to find solutions - Providing guidance to the team, handling resources, team management, and mentoring - Identifying training needs and delivering appropriate training - Adhering to the bank's internal policy, reviewing deviations adequately - Ensuring adherence to credit policy and regulatory guidelines No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
