Job Description

Zoho Systems Executive

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the
end-to-end implementation and management of various Zoho One application
including CRM, People, Books, Desk, Expense and other applications used by company
Configure
custom modules, workflows, blueprints, forms, approvals, and user roles
to align with dynamic business processes
Create custom reports, dashboards, and automation triggers
to support decision-making
Conduct
basic training and user onboarding
across departments
Track and troubleshoot system issues
, coordinate with Zoho Support for resolution
Maintain documentation for key workflows, SOPs, and access structures

Preferred Skills & Profile

BSc / BCA / BE in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
2-4 years of hands-on experience
with the Zoho ecosystem
Zoho CRM implementation experience is a must
Familiarity with
Deluge scripting
, automation logic, preferred
Tech-savvy with strong
logical thinking, structured execution, and clear documentation skills
A
process-driven mindset
, with a focus on building scalable and user-friendly systems
