Zoho & Kissflow Application Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain Kissflow 2.0 ,4.0 and Zoho applications based on business requirements.
• Design and implement automated workflows, approval hierarchies, and forms.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and data access controls across platforms.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management insights.
• Integrate Zoho and Kissflow with third-party applications or internal systems (via APIs or connectors).
• Conduct testing, UAT support, and documentation of configurations and workflows.
• Provide user training and support post-deployment to ensure smooth adoption.
• Troubleshoot workflow or automation issues and coordinate with vendor support if needed.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate manual business processes.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Kissflow (workflow configuration, process design, and reporting).
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho ecosystem particularly Zoho People, Zoho Creator, Zoho Qntrl , Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics.
• Hands-on experience in form design, field rules, validation, and scripting (Deluge preferred).
• Understanding of API integration, webhooks, and data synchronization.
• Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge is an advantage.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Attention to detail and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in workflow automation or business application configuration.
• Prior experience implementing Kissflow and Zoho tools is mandatory.
• Certification in Zoho Creator or Zoho CRM is a plus.
• Exposure to RPA or low-code platforms is desirable.
