UnoSimple is in search of a highly skilled Senior Process Automation Developer who will have a significant impact on enhancing our automation capabilities. In this role, you will be tasked with designing, implementing, and maintaining automated processes and workflows within our application. Your main focus will be on creating user-friendly drag-and-drop functionality and customizable forms to streamline the automation process. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to understand and document process requirements, designing and implementing automation solutions within the AeroSimple application, enhancing the drag-and-drop functionality, creating customizable user-friendly forms, configuring and optimizing workflow processes, performing quality assurance testing, maintaining detailed documentation, providing training and support to end-users, and continuously striving for improvement by staying updated with industry trends and technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience in the aviation industry or related fields, familiarity with process automation tools like Pega or Kissflow, knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in aviation, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, it would be beneficial for candidates to have proven experience in process automation, workflow development, and form creation, proficiency in drag-and-drop functionality, GUI design, and user experience principles, as well as familiarity with automation tools and platforms.
