Zoho Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Consultant to help implement, customize, and optimize Zoho applications to meet our business needs. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem and experience with automating workflows, integrating third-party tools, and providing user training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess business requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions.
• Customize, configure, and deploy Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.).
• Automate workflows and develop custom functions using Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms via APIs and connectors.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare system documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Optimize the use of Zoho apps to improve business processes and efficiency.
• Stay updated on Zoho platform enhancements and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Zoho Consultant or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Zoho One and core Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting and Zoho API integration.
• Solid understanding of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Consultant) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
