Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zoho Books Account Executive based in Vadodara. The role involves managing and maintaining Zoho Books for clients, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping. The Account Executive will liaise with clients to address queries, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support in automating financial processes within Zoho Books.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Zoho Books, including setup, management, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
• Experience in reconciling accounts and ensuring financial accuracy
• Knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients
• Prior experience in a financial or Chartered Accountancy environment is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
