Job Description

JNB Bearings Pvt. Ltd. Location: Chennai (Mannady Metro)

Job Role (100% execution)

  • Build and maintain automated journeys in Zoho Marketing Automation (welcome, abandonment, win-back, upsell, etc.)

  • Create and send 5–10 email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns every week using Zoho Campaigns

  • Design landing pages and lead forms in Zoho LandingPage + Zoho Forms

  • Run A/B tests, heat-maps, and personalization campaigns in Zoho PageSense

  • Set up and manage Zobot (chatbot) + live-chat routing in Zoho SalesIQ

  • Build weekly & monthly dashboards in Zoho Analytics (blending data from Campaigns, PageSense, CRM, etc.)

  • Maintain clean workflows, tags, custom fields, lead scoring inside Zoho One

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 1.5–3 years of daily hands-on work inside Zoho One

  • Excellent written English + attention to detail
