As an HR Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective utilization and maximum development of human resources in the organization. You will be required to carry out necessary steps to fulfill the hiring needs of the company, develop fair HR policies, and ensure that employees understand and comply with them. It will be your duty to implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to bring in the best talent. Additionally, you will be responsible for assessing training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives for all employees. Monitoring the HR department's budget, acting as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues, and managing employees" grievances will also fall under your purview. You will create and run referral bonus programs, oversee the daily operations of the HR department, and design compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent. Furthermore, you will be expected to implement performance review procedures such as quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations. You will review the current HR technology in use and recommend more effective software to streamline HR processes. Your role will require experience with full-cycle recruiting, a good understanding of labor legislation (especially employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance), demonstrable leadership abilities, solid communication skills, and proficiency in Zoho People and Zoho Recruit. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a relevant degree in H.R. Management or have graduated/post-graduated in Human Resource Management. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. This position is based in Chennai.
