Zoho and Workday Developer

Role & responsibilities

Delivery & Execution

• Lead implementation and customization of Zoho HRIS applications and Workday HCM is mandatory.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable Zoho solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy workflows, custom modules, and integrations.
• Manage full-cycle Workday implementation, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Recruiting.
• Develop and manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using Workday Studio, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Serve as a key liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors.

Support & Enablement

• Develop workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations using Zoho Flow, APIs, or external tools.
• Create and maintain project documentation, track milestones, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), coordinate user onboarding, and support overall go-live readiness.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimize business processes and system configurations.
• Provide user training, functional documentation, and ongoing system support.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements, automation opportunities, and process enhancements.
• Troubleshoot system issues, execute data loads, and ensure compliance with security and governance policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture and automation tools.
• Expertise in HR or Finance process transformation
• Proven ability to implement, configure, and integrate ERP/HRIS platforms.
• Advanced skills in customization, automation workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations using Zoho Flow, APIs, or third-party tools.
• Experience with data migration, reporting tools, and API-based integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on improving user experience and cross-functional collaboration.
