Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur. The Zendesk Consultant will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing Zendesk to meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client requirements, providing technical support, conducting training sessions, and implementing best practices. The consultant will work closely with clients to ensure Zendesk implementation aligns with their business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Zendesk
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand client requirements
• Excellent communication skills for providing technical support and conducting training sessions
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and other digital technologies is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
