Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a YouTube Strategist based in New Delhi. The YouTube Strategist will be responsible for developing content strategies, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing video content, and increasing audience engagement on the Ezyschooling YouTube channel. The role involves collaborating with content creators to develop compelling video ideas, managing channel branding, and implementing strategies to grow subscribers and viewership. The strategist will also stay updated with current trends and tools to ensure the content remains innovative and impactful.

Qualifications

• Experience with Content Strategy, Video Production, and YouTube Channel Management
• Proficiency in Analytics Tools, Performance Tracking, and Data-Driven Decision Making
• Expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and YouTube SEO, with a focus on increasing visibility and engagement
• Strong skills in Storytelling, Content Creation, and Ideation for video formats
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams, including creators and editors
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in video content and platform algorithms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in educational content or edtech is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
