We’re looking for a creative, analytical YouTube Specialist to grow our brand’s presence. You’ll strategise, optimise, and publish content that boosts engagement, strengthens our community, and drives consistent channel growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Research trends, study competitors, and identify winning content ideas.
Manage platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn—content creation, posting, and analysis.
Support content marketing through brainstorming and ideation.
Assist with lead generation (email, WhatsApp, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, YouTube marketing).
Contribute to PR, data management, customer surveys, expansion projects, and e-learning content.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute YouTube growth strategies.
Optimise titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tags.
Analyse performance metrics to enhance results.
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams.
Stay updated on YouTube trends and algorithms.
Maintain upload schedules and brand consistency.
