Role Description: As a Project Manager, think of yourself as the central point that makes sure the creation of video content runs smoothly. Your main job is to supervise a team of video editors and creators who make our clients' ideas come to life on screen. To do this important role, you need to be really good at managing projects, know a lot about how videos are made, and always strive for top-notch quality in our work. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage video editing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and according to client expectations. Foster an environment of collaboration and open communication within the video editing team. Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize efficiency and maintain profitability. Address and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, making informed decisions to keep projects on track and clients satisfied. Review and approve final edits to ensure they meet client expectations and align with project objectives. Who can apply: Proven experience in project management, particularly in video editing or production. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions, team collaboration and report generation. Proficiency in project management tools and software for efficient project tracking and resource allocation. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure to maintain project momentum. Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines and manage resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within scope. You can learn quickly and independently and follow instructions. You want to learn a lot of new and creative things. Other Details: Qualification: Any Graduate, Post Graduate or MBA. (preferably done any course in Project Management) Should have own laptop Timings: 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. (Monday to Friday), Saturday 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. (2nd, 4th and 5th Saturday working) Location: Park Street, Kolkata (Work from Office) Expected CTC: 180k to 240k (negotiable based on experience) Show more Show less
