Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a keen interest in media and video production. You will be responsible for identifying leads, pitching our services, and closing deals to help grow our client base. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and social media. Understand client needs and effectively present our video production services and solutions. Conduct sales meetings, pitches, and follow-ups with prospects. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and project management) to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain a CRM system to track leads, interactions, and conversions. Requirements: Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Strong ability to build rapport and close deals. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and persistent in follow-ups. A basic understanding or interest in video production and creative services. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred. You must have your own laptop. OTHER DETAILS: Remuneration: Based on experience & marketing standard+ additional incentives Timing: 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM (Mon- Fri), 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturday working (9:00 AM- 2:00 PM) Highest Qualification: Graduation or equivalent Experience: 1-3 years of experience Show more Show less
