YouTube Revenue Head

As a YouTube Revenue Head at Vista India Digital Media, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and monetization of the YouTube content portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the strategy and execution for YouTube revenue growth across multiple channels under our CMS. - Managing channel operations, optimization, and audience development in alignment with platform trends and best practices. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with content creators, rights holders, advertisers, and brand partners. - Leveraging YouTube Analytics and other data tools to track performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. - Recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of channel managers and digital marketing professionals. - Staying up-to-date with changes in YouTube's policies, monetization structures, and algorithm updates to ensure compliance and maximize revenue. - Identifying and negotiating business development opportunities, including partnerships, IP acquisitions, and co-branded initiatives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience working with a large Multi-Channel Network (MCN) or digital content platform. - Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives and lead cross-functional teams. - Extensive knowledge of YouTube's ecosystem, including monetization, copyright, algorithms, SEO, and analytics. - Strong client network within the digital content, advertising, and influencer marketing industries. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Bachelor's degree in Media, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. The compensation for this position includes a competitive base salary and a performance-based incentive structure.
