As an SME Product Engineering, you will be the technical expert responsible for processes, programs, and systems within one or multiple functional areas. Your role will entail being a change manager focused on leading a change management team to enhance current business systems and processes. You will spearhead all change management-related projects, which includes deploying CM tools, educating site employees on CM concepts such as ECN, MCN, PCN, and conducting audits to ensure proper execution of the CM Procedure. Your primary objective will be to enhance site CM processes through standardization, optimization, and simplification of projects, ensuring stakeholders effectively execute the change management process. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification. Ideally, you should possess 3-5 years of experience in change management or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in an ECO Coordinator/Product Engineering function with MRPII experience. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of working with product specifications and customer documentation. An equivalent combination of education, training, or experience will also be considered.
