This role involves managing day-to-day content publishing, optimization, and community engagement, while aligning with broader content and campaign strategies. What youll do: Manage all aspects of the YouTube channels operations. Upload, schedule, and publish video content with SEO-driven titles, tags, and descriptions. Monitor channel analytics (retention, CTR, watch time, etc.) and provide insights to improve performance. - Create and update playlists, thumbnails, and end screens to enhance viewer navigation and retention. Coordinate with video editors, scriptwriters, and storytelling teams to ensure timely delivery of content. Moderate and respond to viewer comments, fostering a positive community. - Ensure brand tone and campaign consistency across video assets. Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing YouTube channels, preferably for a content-driven organization. Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience development. - Familiarity with editing tools like YouTube Studio and thumbnail creation software. Excellent written communication and coordination skills. - Passion for social impact and storytelling.
