As a Partner Program Manager at greytHR, you will have a vital role in collaborating with various internal teams to ensure the alignment and scalability of partner-led Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. Your responsibilities will include executing partner programs from onboarding to engagement, monitoring program milestones and performance metrics, and driving new initiatives and proof of concepts (POCs) to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 3-5 years of experience in partner program management, channel operations, or ecosystem enablement, preferably in the SaaS/Tech industry. Hands-on experience in POCs, pilot testing, and resource optimization is essential, along with strong coordination, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple audits concurrently.
