YouTube Manager

As a YouTuber, your role involves filming bite-sized, audience-appropriate videos at calculated intervals and editing the footage to achieve consistent, refined, and brand-appropriate videos. You will be responsible for releasing and promoting your public videos, as well as informing subscribers of any predictable delays in your uploads. Additionally, you should have the ability to encourage subscribers to purchase channel memberships and publish limited content for channel members. Attending pertinent YouTube workshops and observing YouTube and sponsorship-related guidelines are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns - Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages - Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI) - Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns - Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices - Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility - Collaborate with a team of marketers, Google Ads specialists, and engineers Qualifications Required: - Demonstrable experience as a Vlogger, ideally on YouTube - Thorough knowledge about YouTube algorithms - High-definition, lightweight vlogging camera - Possession of pertinent filmmaking accessories - Excellent verbal communication skills - Top-notch marketing and troubleshooting abilities - Transparent and reflexive approach to advertising - Thoughtful about your viewership In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications required, the company offers benefits such as paid sick time and provident fund.
