YouTube Growth & Strategy Manager

As a YouTube Growth & Strategy Manager at OPPAM, you will play a crucial role in leading the channel expansion by focusing on audience development, channel optimization, content strategy, and revenue growth through YouTube. Your responsibilities will include collaborating across teams to drive subscriber growth, boost viewership, and build an engaged community around the brand. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube growth strategy in alignment with business goals. - Identify audience insights, content gaps, and growth opportunities through data-driven analysis. - Own key performance indicators such as subscriber growth, watch time, engagement rates, CTR, and revenue. - Collaborate with content and creative teams to plan and execute high-impact content campaigns. - Advise on programming strategy, optimize content for YouTube SEO, and lead experiments to maximize performance. - Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes, trends, and industry best practices to refine strategies. - Regularly deliver performance reports and insights to leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications: - 1-5 years of proven experience in managing and growing successful YouTube channels. - Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, monetization policies, and audience behavior. - Strong expertise in YouTube Analytics, Google Trends, Tubebuddy, VidIQ, or similar tools. - Exceptional skills in audience development, content optimization, and data storytelling. - Strong project management and collaboration skills. - Creative thinking combined with strong analytical rigor.
