Role Overview

YouTube Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a YouTube growth strategy aligned with Pitch N Hire’s brand and marketing goals.
• Perform YouTube and keyword research to identify trending topics, optimize video metadata (titles, tags, descriptions), and improve video discoverability.
• Write SEO-optimized video scripts and outlines that align with our brand voice and content goals.
• Work with video editors and content creators to produce high-quality, engaging videos.
• Analyze YouTube Analytics to evaluate content performance, audience engagement, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align YouTube strategy with broader SEO and content marketing initiatives.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of the content curve.
• Optimize older videos for SEO, performance, and engagement.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing a professional YouTube channel or similar role.
• Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO principles, and keyword tools.
• Strong content writing and scriptwriting skills tailored for SEO and video storytelling.
• Proven experience in driving YouTube traffic and increasing subscribers organically.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
