YouTube Executive


Key Responsibilities


  • Content Publishing:

     Manage the end-to-end video upload process, including scheduling, quality checks, and publishing across all channel formats (long-form, Shorts, Live).

  • SEO & Optimization:

     Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for titles, descriptions, tags, and playlist organization to maximize organic visibility and search ranking.

  • Channel Performance:

     Analyze weekly and monthly channel performance using 

    YouTube Studio Analytics

     (views, watch time, CTR, and audience retention) to provide actionable insights.

  • Creative Asset Management:

     Coordinate with design and editing teams on high-CTR thumbnails, end screens, and community posts.

  • Community Engagement:

     Monitor and respond to comments and foster a positive community environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years

     of hands-on experience managing and growing a professional YouTube channel.
  • Strong proficiency in 

    YouTube Studio, SEO tools (e.g., TubeBuddy, vidIQ),

     and keyword research.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the YouTube algorithm, monetization policies, and content trends.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
