Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP IBP modules including Demand, Supply Response, OBP, and S&OP.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
• Configure IBP planning areas, key figures, attributes, time profiles, and master data integration.
• Design and oversee integrations between SAP IBP and ECC/S4HANA or other upstream/downstream systems using CPI, APIs, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with technical developers on enhancements, custom developments, and interface builds.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues related to planning runs, data inconsistencies, and performance.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning processes and system performance.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP experience with at least 3+ years in SAP IBP implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience in IBP Demand Planning, Supply Response, OBP, and S&OP.
• Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes and business scenarios.
• Experience with SAP CPI, integration frameworks, and data interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP IBP certification.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
