Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
- Build and support data integrations with Salesforce, ERP, and HR systems.
- Develop calculation rules, crediting logic, workflows, and reports.
- Troubleshoot data/calculation issues and support compensation cycles.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR to deliver accurate payouts.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years with Xactly Incent/Connect.
- Strong knowledge of sales compensation processes.
- Hands-on with SQL, APIs, ETL, and Salesforce CRM.
- Strong analytical/debugging skills and communication.
- Xactly Certification preferred.
