Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Xactly Connect Developer. The developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using Xactly Connect and related tools. Daily tasks include managing integrations between Xactly systems and other software platforms, identifying areas for optimization, debugging issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business requirements. The role also involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment and efficient data workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Xactly Connect and related tools for data integration and management
• Technical expertise in scripting, automation, and database management
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills to troubleshoot and optimize workflows
• Ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to meet business objectives
• Experience in programming languages and APIs is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience with incentive compensation platforms is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
