Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging

  Worksoft Certify training sessions

  (online/classroom as applicable).
• Develop and share comprehensive training materials, case studies, and real-time examples.
• Train learners on

  test automation framework setup, execution, and reporting

  using Worksoft Certify.
• Provide practical demonstrations on

  SAP testing, regression automation, and integration scenarios

  .
• Guide learners through

  end-to-end automation processes

  , including workflow creation and data management.
• Clarify doubts and provide one-on-one learner support when required.
• Keep training modules up to date with the latest Worksoft Certify features and industry best practices.
• Conduct assessments, quizzes, and hands-on assignments to track learners’ progress.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong working experience in

  Worksoft Certify

  (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of

  automation testing concepts, functional/regression testing, and test data management

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  SAP automation and enterprise application testing

  .
• Familiarity with

  test execution reports, defect management, and integration tools

  .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior

  training/mentoring experience

  will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in

  Worksoft Certify automation testing

  .
• Experience in automation across multiple domains (SAP, web, enterprise apps).
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
