Job Description

Recruiting, training, and managing workshop staff, including technicians and supervisors. Supervising and motivating the team, providing guidance and support. Managing the daily operations of the service station, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation. Overseeing vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Managing inventory of parts and supplies, ordering and monitoring stock levels. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Managing budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring profitability. Ensuring efficient use of resources and identifying opportunities for improvement. Ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures. Maintaining accurate records of service department activities and reporting on key performance metrics. Staying updated on new equipment and tools, recommending purchases as needed. Collaborating with other departments, such as parts and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participating in department meetings and other company activities. Taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
