Role & responsibilities The role of a WM is to choose and oversee productive staff, customer retention, cost controls, maintenance of all service records and achievement of set objectives. Ensuring achievement of targets, adherence to Company defined processes and customer satisfaction/experience at the workshop Duties and Responsibilities Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction and meet NPS and CSI scores Ensure dealership retention achievement & improve profitability Improve workshop processes, manage and train staff, recruit talent and plan resources efficiently. PDI and warranty Management, compliance of workshop & staff safety Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team, Company time to time Manage daily workshop records, follow DWM, ensure timely reports, analyse them, and take prompt action. Coordinate with the spare parts section to ensure timely availability of required parts Handle customer escalation & resolve them Ensure dealership infrastructure and all service processes are adhered to TVS Motor norms Preferred candidate profile Should have good business acumen Good analytical and communication skills, good leader & motivator In-depth knowledge of 2-wheeler servicing and repair procedures & customer satisfaction Ability to analyse data and generate reports Knowledge of problem-solving, decision-making, organisational and managerial skills Familiarity with workshop management software and tools Understanding of safety regulations and procedures in a workshop environment Must be PC literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
