Workshop Manager

Requirements:

🔹 Minimum 10 years of experience in automobile workshop management (not as a dealer)

🔹 Strong communication skills (with staff and customers)

🔹 Quick decision-making ability

🔹 Excellent team management and leadership skills

🔹 Knowledge of workshop operations, service quality, and customer handling

Educational Qualification (Preferred)

• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Automobile Engineering

  (most preferred)

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage day-to-day operations of the automobile workshop

✔️ Supervise and guide the technical team for efficient service delivery

✔️ Ensure quality standards and timely service for customers

✔️ Handle escalations, make quick decisions, and solve problems effectively

✔️ Maintain discipline, productivity, and customer satisfaction
