Experience: Minimum 5+ years in automobile workshop management
Location: Avadi, Puzhal, Tondiarpet, Tambaram, Sholinganallur, Velachery, Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, Vellore.
Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Plan, allocate, and supervise work for technicians, service advisors, and floor staff.
Monitor job quality, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction.
Manage spare parts coordination and maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure adherence to company service policies and safety standards.
Handle escalations and provide technical support to the team.
Maintain service reports, productivity data, and MIS updates.
Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with 3-wheeler or commercial vehicle service preferred.
