Job Description

• Manage, train, and direct the team of technicians.
• Oversee the scheduling and allocation of jobs to ensure efficiency and timely completion.
• Implement and enforce service procedures, standards, and policies.
• Ensure the service department operates profitably and efficiently.
• Manage service and parts inventory.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and operational work environment.
• Monitor and analyze department performance metrics and achieve set objectives.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues, working to resolve them effectively.
• Focus on customer satisfaction through quality repairs and timely service.
• May assist with customer follow-up programs and communicate with customers about their service needs.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Uphold and enforce organization and safety standards
