Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Align and execute Workplace strategy in partnership with Global Enterprise Operations, regional leaders, and functional stakeholders.
Manage and lead Workplace teams across Mumbai, New Delhi, and Hyderabad, providing direction on building operations, food & beverage, front of house services, shipping & receiving, events, and Environmental Health & Safety.
Deliver a stunning, hospitality-grade Workplace experience for employees and guests.
Lead Workplace communications for India to ensure clarity, alignment, and engagement.
Manage landlord relationships across all India offices.
Lead and plan projects involving office expansion, relocation, restack, and densification.
Collaborate closely with Portfolio Planning, Program Delivery, EHS, and Enterprise Security to support enterprise-wide operational goals.
Work with internal and external partners, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Drive budget planning, cost optimization, and risk management.
Serve as a trusted business partner with deep knowledge of Netflix's India operations, proactively improving Workplace programs and experiences.
Continuously identify opportunities to elevate and innovate Workplace services and operational programs.
