Workplace Manager

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

1. Workplace Operations & Service Delivery

  • Leadend-to-end workplace service deliveryacross all countries in the zone.
  • Collaborate on forsoftware delivery, inventories, device management, patching, and packaging
  • Maintain high standards forasset managementandworkplace process optimization.
  • Manage the Workplace budget and forecasting across the zone.

2. Digital Workplace & Transformation Initiatives

  • Drivedigital workplace initiativesto enhance employee productivity and user experience.
  • Ensuresmooth adoption of workplace changes and IT projectsby aligning withend-user needs.
  • Implementautomation and self-service solutionsto optimize IT support and device lifecycle management.

3. Onsite Support & Service Performance Management

  • Overseeonsite support services, ensuring SLAs and performance metrics are met.
  • Work closely with local IT teams to improveincident resolution, service requests, and technical support.
  • Conductregular service reviewsto enhance operational efficiency.

4. Collaboration with Partners & Stakeholders

  • Manage and collaborate withthird-party service providers and vendorsfor efficient workplace operations.
  • Alignworkplace strategywithmanagement, country teams, and zone-level leadership.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams forcontinuous improvementand implementation of best practices.

5. Workplace Change & Project Management

  • Leadworkplace technology projects, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption.
  • Managesoftware rollouts, patching cycles, and device upgradeswhile minimizing disruption.
  • Support change management initiatives bycommunicating and training end-users on new tools and processes.

Technical Skills Required

  • Exposure inworkplace technologies, including:
  • MS Digital Workplace tools
  • Software deployment & patching(SCCM, Intune or equivalent).
  • IT Asset Management & Device Lifecycle Management.
  • Digital workplace tools(Microsoft 365, virtual desktops, etc.).
  • Strong understanding ofITIL frameworks, service management, and incident resolution.
  • Experience managingonsite support teamsandvendor relationships.
  • Proven track record inworkplace transformation and change management.
  • Ability to workflexiblyacross different time zones and manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ITIL v4 Certification
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
