Workplace Experience Manager

Role Overview: As a Workplace Experience Manager at CBRE, you will be responsible for managing a team overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium-sized buildings within the Facilities Management functional area. Your role will involve coordinating facility repairs and maintenance, managing capital projects and budgets, ensuring environmental health and safety procedures, overseeing vendor relationships, and resolving day-to-day issues to achieve team objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruiting and hiring - Schedule and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and track deadlines - Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance, maintain positive client relationships, and manage capital projects and budgets - Perform facility inspections for quality assurance, manage environmental health and safety procedures, and oversee vendor relationships and invoicing - Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; Facility Management certification preferred - Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation - Leadership skills to motivate team impact on job discipline and department effectiveness - Strong organizational skills and advanced math abilities for financial calculations - Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and handle problems effectively,
