Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Workplace Experience Enabler in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive workplace experience strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored work environments that meet business objectives.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in workplace design and operations.
Provide expert guidance on space planning, layout design, and material selection for optimal workplace performance.
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workplace design and technology.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in workplace experience management or a related field.
Strong understanding of real estate principles and practices.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Educational qualification: Any Graduate.
