WFM - Solution Consultant (SC)

Experience Required : 5-10 Years

Location : Pune

Role Overview As a Solution Consultant, you will play apivotal role in delivering superior workforce management solutions to ourclients. You will be accountable for your own success, utilizing your expertknowledge of workforce management software to design and implement solutionsthat maximize benefits for our customers. Your superior communication andpresentation skills, coupled with your ability to manage complex environmentsand client relationships, will ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Assessment: Conduct workshops withsenior members of customer organizations to drive requirement assessments.

Solution Design: Architect comprehensivesolutions that integrate UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) with third-party products,ensuring alignment with business goals.

Customization and Integration: Design andimplement customizations and integrations to meet specific client needs.

Documentation: Collect, analyze, validate, anddocument business requirements, creating detailed technical specifications forthe implementation team.

Build and Configuration: Oversee the build andconfiguration of the system, ensuring adherence to the original design andclient requirements. Provide expert knowledge and best practices during theBuild phase.

Testing Support: Provide guidance and supportduring the testing phase, including functional testing, integration testing,and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Best Practices: Advocate for and implementindustry best practices in workforce management, process optimization, andsystem configuration.

Effective Communication: Effectively communicatecomplex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersusing use cases, visual diagrams, and process flow charts.

Client Management: Foster strong relationshipswith client Project teams, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levelsof client satisfaction.

Mentoring : Mentor and provide guidance to teammembers on advanced modules and solutioning aspects.

Travel : Travel up to 25% may be required to meetwith clients and support project implementations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent in ComputerSciences or a related field.

Experience:

6 to 10 years of experience implementing orsupporting enterprise software applications and hardware used in webenvironments
5+ years of experience in Workforce Managementis a must.

Relevant experience as a consultant in a similarapplication environment is desirable.

Extensive experience in implementing solutionsfor medium to large enterprise customers.

Skills:

Thorough understanding of business, process, andtechnology relating to workforce management.

Experience with requirement gathering, solutiondesigning, implementing, and configuring UKG Products.

Extensive experience on WFM modules like Time Keeping, Accruals, Leave, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting,Attendance and Activities is desirable.

Prior experience in supporting functionaltesting, integration testing, and UAT.

Demonstrated track record in delivering quality,on-time technology and business solutions to a diverse customer base.

Solid interpersonal skills to interface withco-workers and customers, managing specific tasks to completion with minimaldirection.

Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
