About the Role

CRM & Automation Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining

  CRM workflows

  (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Agile CRM, GoHighLevel, Close).
• Set up and optimize

  automation systems

  across:

• Email:

  ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Mailshake, Quickmail, Woodpecker

WhatsApp & Telegram automations

• Zoom automations

  (meetings, reminders, registrations)

• Chatbots:

  Manychat, Chatfuel, Chatmatic
• Automate internal workflows using

  Zapier, Make.com (Integromat), n8n, Airtable, Tray.io, Zoho Flow, API integrations

  .
• Organize, document, and maintain processes in

  Notion

  , ensuring knowledge is clear and accessible.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and other teams to implement efficient workflows and processes.
  

Requirements

• Curiosity and eagerness to

  learn automation systems and CRM workflows

• Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new platforms quickly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
