Workday Reporting Analyst - Finance Domain

Your role will involve collaborating with Finance & Accounting teams, managing the full report catalog, staying ahead of Workday updates, and supporting strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Design powerful reports & dashboards to drive smarter business decisions. - Partner with Finance & Accounting teams to translate ideas into real solutions. - Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance optimization. - Train teams on using reports effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives. - Manage the full report catalog, versioning, and security access. - Stay updated on Workday updates and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in Workday reporting & analytics with expertise in Core Financials, Expenses, Procurement, Prism. - Strong knowledge of Report Writer, Dashboards, Worksheets, Composite Reports. - Workday certifications are advantageous. - Familiarity with Workday HCM is a bonus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in Agile environments. - Clear and confident communication & collaboration skills. - Location: Pune, India. - Hybrid flexibility to support work-life balance.
